Former students remember Mrs. Fuellenbach from Mowry School (from the Mowry Elementary Reunion Facebook Group): Yavonne said: I remember her she was great. Sue said: Thanks to people like Mrs. Fuellenbach - I have pleasant memories of her and the library was a welcoming place. She was a lovely person, I always loved when it was library day. Albert said: She was such a nice woman and friend to all the students. I remember her fondly as she was always there to assist me as a kid at Mowry School. Wow, she was the sweetest woman and I have many fond memories of her helping me and others. Michelle said: Nina your mom was the kindest, most loving and gentle educator and def helped me find my love for reading all genres of literature! I loved when she did the Doll Fair every year, fascinating and so wonderful for us doll lovers. As far as the little fiesta she put on way back then, she obviously had a love for other cultures and was wise enough to broaden our horizons and help us understand there was way more there than Fremont's little area. She was just such a gem, and I still get nostalgic for the old card catalogs and the dusty smell of old books! If I hadn't become a teacher I would have loved to be a librarian! Sue O said: I remember how sweet she was. Sherri Lynn said: I remember her she was awesome. I will pray for the repose of her soul as well as her family.
